VibeStorytelling

About

Fernando Palacios

I created VibeStorytelling because I spent 20 years watching experts fail not because they lacked knowledge, but because they could not make the audience want what they wanted. Not oratory. Not slide design. Narrative architecture.

In 2006, I founded Storytellers, the first storytelling company in Brazil. When I started, no one in the Brazilian market knew what storytelling was. I had to explain the concept before I could sell it. Twenty years later, the word is mainstream. Storytellers is the reference. The pioneirismo proved itself.

I am the grandson of Alfredo Palacios, cocreator of O Vigilante Rodoviario with Ary Fernandes (TV Tupi, 1962). Storytelling runs in the family DNA for three generations. I grew up in a house of five siblings with one bathroom for seven people. My mother says growing up that way was the best thing that happened to me.

Over two decades, I trained 30,000+ professionals in 10 countries. I created the first storytelling course at ESPM in 2010. I wrote the bestseller Guia Completo do Storytelling (Alta Books, 448 pages, coauthored with Martha Terenzzo). My work is cited in 30+ universities across Brazil and Portugal and referenced in 1,000+ academic dissertations and theses.

In 2017 and 2018, I was elected World's Best Storyteller at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, the only Brazilian to win the award. I have spoken at the Museu do Amanha in Rio, the Mutual Fund Round Table in New Delhi, and the 17th ABF Convention at Ilha de Comandatuba. I have trained executives at Itaú, Nike, Pfizer, Nubank, Coca-Cola, Google, and IBM.

In 2011, I created the W'nderer Writer, a serialized real-time novel with a fictional character traveling through Brazil. At its peak, over 100,000 followers followed the character as if he were real. The project took me to Vitória, where I met Flávia. We now have two children, Frederico and Jasmin.

The methods I created are not theory. They are field-tested systems built from real rooms, real audiences, and real results. The Palacios Method (8 Steps). Narrative Intelligence. Strategic Entertainment. StoryFlow. Talk de Midas. And now, VibeStorytelling: the parallel of vibe coding applied to narrative, where the human tells and the system narrates.

Based in São Paulo. Working globally. The AI is not the author. The AI is the pen. I am Fernando Palacios, and I am the author.
